A. Royal Mail lnternational Signed For shipping is £8.00 GBP for Europe and £10.00 for the Rest of the World per order up to 1 kilos. For some countries standard International Shipping is available at £5.00 for Europe and £6.00 for the Rect of the World. A. Your order must be delivered to the address you type into the computer when you place the order. This is the address against which the credit card service provider carries out the required security checks and for which the transaction is authorised. If you wish to input an address other than the registered card address then, as long as the transaction is authorised, that is fine with us.

A. In actual fact you are not giving us your details. The payment pages of Cosmetics4less are on the Sage Pay website and we do not see your card details at all, at any stage of the transaction. Sage Pay is a credit card service provider.

All transaction information passed between merchant sites, like Cosmetics4less, and Sage Pay’s systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to your servers from Sage Pay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing you pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Cosmetics4Less fully complies with The Data Protection Act and does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party.

A. We are a retailer and do not sell wholesale. All our products are heavily discounted initially and we are unable to offer further reductions. However we do send out newsletters with discount coupons to regular and repeat customers, so look out for these in your Inbox.

A. All the stock we have is shown on the website; we do not have any other stock available. If you are looking for a specific item please email us and we can advise if it might become available in the future.

A. Yes, we are happy to deliver worldwide. If you do not see your country in the drop down menu at checkout go right to the bottom of the list and choose “none of the above”.

A. If the web site will only let you order 1 of any item, this means that we only have 1 left in stock. Please email for information about when this item may be coming back into stock.

A. You do not need to worry about this. Your Credit Card Company or PayPal will deduct the payment from your account in your currency and pay us in British pounds. You will find a currency converter at the top of every page of Cosmetics4less which will give you a good idea of how much you are spending in your own currency.

A. Sorry we are an internet company only and we don’t have the facilities to bank or cash cheques or postal orders.

A. We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 working days and an email will be sent to you to confirm dispatch. However your parcel will be delivered by the Royal Mail and the timing of delivery is not in our control.

The Post Office aims to deliver first class mail within 1-2 working days of dispatch and the vast majority are delivered within this time frame.

But delays do happen, so it is always advisable to order in good time if your order is for a special occasion. If this is not possible and you are worried about your order arriving in time we suggest you choose the Royal Mail Special Delivery option at checkout. Special Delivery parcels are guaranteed to be delivered one working day after dispatch.

A. Due to obvious Health, Safety and Hygiene issues we are unable to offer a sale or return, try before you buy service. But if the item is unopened, unused and in fully resalable condition you can return it for a refund. We are unable to offer an exchange service at the moment.

If you are buying an unfamiliar item we usually suggest that you visit a large department store or High Street chemist and try out a tester before ordering. Colours in web site photos are only a guide, as the colours you see on your screen are determined by the settings of your monitor and all browsers interpret colours slight differently.
