Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else outside the UK, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
Shipping And Handling
All UK orders over £25 are FREE post. Orders under £25 are charged at a flat rate of £2.45 P+P. Royal Mail Special Delivery on all UK orders is available for an additional £7. All European and International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Signed For with a fixed postage price of £7 regardless of quantity ordered.

Delivery Schedule
Where possible, we will always dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, however please allow up to 28 days for delivery. International buyers can expect extended delivery times subject to location and postal service selected.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock and back order is possible we will e-mail you and offer you this option, otherwise we will refund your payment.

Tax Charges
All orders include 17.5% VAT where applicable.

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 14 day no quibble guarantee. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns that are received unopened, unused in a fully sealed and resaleable condition. Refunds will be made minus our postage costs unless item is found by us to be faulty.
